A noise generator that runs in your browser. Six kinds of noise (brown, pink, white, velvet, tape, radio), made on your own phone or computer as you listen, never a recording. Each day seeds it from the world: the moon's phase, the solar wind, the day's earthquakes. You shape it by hand: drag down to sink it, left to darken, right to brighten.

Two faces of one engine. Trip, where sound and picture surface from noise and sink back; focus and sleep, the same engine slowed, with a timer of 25, 50 or 90 minutes or a fade into sleep.

membership

$4.20 a month, or $29.40 a year, the first 7 days free. A member gets the mixer (several noises layered), their sounds kept, every range of the controls open, and any past day's seed. The free machine stays free.

The membership is on pre-order: leaving your email holds the price, nothing is charged, and we write once, the day it opens. It can also be paid now in USDC on the Base network.

terms

• The machine is offered as it is. Its sound is noise: keep the volume comfortable, and do not play it while driving or where you need to hear.
• A membership renews each month or year until you stop it; stopping ends the renewal, and the period already paid runs to its end.
• If something you paid for does not work, write to us and we will make it right or return the payment.
• A payment in USDC counts when it lands on the Base chain. A payment sent on another network or in another token cannot be returned.
• The sounds and pictures the machine makes for you are yours to listen to and share with the psoup.art mark. The machine, its code and the psoup.art name stay ours.

privacy

• What we count. Pages opened, taps on the machine and how long it plays, with an anonymous session id and the link that brought you (its utm tags). Your IP address is turned into a salted hash on our server and never stored as it is.
• Who counts it with us. PostHog (through our own server), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which records taps and scrolls on the page, never what you type) and Cloudflare, which carries the site.
• Your email, only if you give it: we write to it once when the membership opens, or with new noise now and then if you ticked that box. Nothing else.
• Never sold, never shared for advertising. No ads run on this site. The machine never uses your microphone.
• A USDC payment is public on the Base chain, as every payment there is.
